Silcable production in its infancy.

Product updates represent a physiological process for any company that seeks to refine quality.
Silcable has always worked in this direction over these 12 years.
Even once the conductor materials and a well-defined geometry had been defined, the objective was to create products where the term "artisanal" was an added value and not a compromise.
In addition to the aesthetic aspect, solved largely with the contribution of 3D technology, in recent years various military research has been made available to everyone.
For example, screens have made a big step forward, allowing you to obtain greater listening quality simply by changing the shielding system on audio cables.
In these twelve years Silcable has always updated its products; even those that had already been invoiced and sold to various customers; customers who were happy to have a product that was always current and with the latest updates available.
Clearly, updating a power cable, for example, involves a cost in hours of work and dedicated materials.
For this reason, in recent years, product updates have had a (minimal) cost borne by customers who, however, were happy to improve their cables without having to purchase the new version and having to resell theirs.
In general we always try to meet the needs of the customer by fully explaining the interventions to be carried out and the related costs.
If the update is oriented only to an aesthetic aspect, generally there are no costs borne by the customer.
The replacement of the logo and other details have always been free.
Conversely, important updates that have a significant impact on the cost of materials and/or working hours are always agreed with the customer in order to make him informed about the expenses to be incurred.
From this perspective, a product perhaps purchased five years earlier remains current, significantly improving listening quality.
